9/5 - Labor Day (No rehearsal)

9/12 - 1st day Rehearsal (Tuition Due)

9/14, 9/15, 9/16 - *Added date: workshop with Jazz Virtuoso Christian Howes.

*Date TBA: Debutante Orchestra and Beginning string students: Workshop with Jazz Virtuoso Christian Howes.

*11/1 - Tuesday: ALL Tulsa Honors Orchestra students perform at the Dia De Los Muertos Festival at Living Arts, 307 E. Brady - Wear Halloween Costumes/or Dressy Black and White. No Debutante rehearsal or performance. Parents/siblings will need to pay to enter Festival: (last year it was $5 person entry fee). Well worth it! It is the most interesting festival in Tulsa!

11/4 - Performance at Living Arts, Art of Garden Tour, Friday evening time TBA.

11/5 - Performance at "the Fur Ball", Hyatt Regency downtown Tulsa, Dressy event, arrive 5pm, perform 5:30-7:30pm.

11/7 - Rehearsal !

11/14 - Rehearsal

11/18 - Performance: Claremore - Robison PAC, THO students meet in morning at Jazz Hall, take chartered bus to Claremore - perform for Elementary and High School students, 2 morning performances.

11/21- Rehearsal

11/26 - Perform Irish Fiddling at Kilkenny's on 15th st, off Peoria. Bring your own music stand! Perform 2:30-4:00pm

11/28 - Rehearsal

12/5 - Dress Rehearsal

12/12 - Holiday Concert at Jazz Hall of Fame, arrive 5:00pm to tune, Perform 5:30-7:15pm. All students please bring 1 - 2 dozen cookies for the Reception immediately following the Concert. Thank you!

12/13 - 1/8 Holiday Break

Spring Semester:

1/7 - Chamber Orchestra: Perform at Tulsa PAC in LaFortune Studio as Pre-concert to Tulsa Symphony Orchestra concert! Arrive 6pm, perform 6:45pm. Dress: Concert Black.

1/9 - 1st Rehearsal of Spring Semester (Tuition Due if splitting payments)

1/16 - No Rehearsal - Holiday

1/23 - Rehearsal

1/30 - Rehearsal

3/12 - Rockin' Irish Festival - THO students - Connor's Cove at Hardesty Library in South Tulsa. Arrive 5pm, Perform 5:30-6:30.

Debutante Students: No Rehearsal, but please come and be a part of the audience.

4/30 - Spring Concert at Jazz Hall of Fame, arrive 5:00 to tune, Perform 5:30-7:15pm. All students please bring 1-2 dozen cookies for the Reception immediately following the Concert. Thank you!

Date TBA - Rehearsal/Performance for those who signed up for Mayfest

Date TBA - Saturday performance at Youth Services - arrive 7:30pm, perform 8-9pm, they will provide snacks!

June:8-9 Jana Jae's American Heritage Festival, Fiddle Contest.

June: Quartet Camps at Jody Naifeh's Ranch.

June -Aug: - Fiddle Camp with Kathy Rad of TSO and with the OK Jazz Hall of Fame.

Aug, 1st week - Jazzy Strings Workshop

Performance in conjunction with Fiddle Camp.

CONCERTS: Concert Attire will be announced in the weeks preceding the concerts. Sometimes we wear concert black, sometimes we add holiday colors. Everyone please bring a plate of cookies to the Holiday and the Spring Concerts for our receptions. Thank you!

Please Note: A Dress Rehearsal merely means all students must show up to run-through the concert program, you do not have to actually "dress up" for Dress Rehearsals, (but please DO dress up for the actual Concerts). Thank you!
